Agreement to terms

By accessing training information, schedules, or enrollment materials published by Flux Blaze (“we”, “us”) at flux-blaze.digital, you agree to these General Terms. If you disagree, discontinue use of the site and contact admissions@flux-blaze.digital for clarification.

Educational services description

Flux Blaze provides instructor-led, cohort-based, and self-paced information technology courses focused on SQL and database engineering topics. Descriptions, outlines, and mentor availability may change to reflect curriculum updates; we will communicate material changes to enrolled participants through the email address supplied at registration.

Accounts and accurate information

When you submit forms, you agree to supply accurate contact details. You are responsible for safeguarding access to any accounts or portals we issue. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access so we can reset credentials where technically feasible.

Acceptable use

You may not attempt to disrupt our learning platforms, scrape private cohort materials without permission, harass staff or learners, or upload malicious code. We may suspend access for violations after providing notice when practical.

Intellectual property

Curriculum assets—including slides, labs, datasets, and recordings where provided—remain owned by Flux Blaze or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use materials for personal learning during enrollment unless a separate corporate agreement states otherwise.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted under Vietnamese law, Flux Blaze is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or participation in courses. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to a specific enrollment is limited to the fees paid for that enrollment.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Parties will first attempt good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to competent courts in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, unless mandatory consumer protections require a different venue.

Termination and updates

We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance. We may terminate access for breach or non-payment according to the Money-Back Policy where applicable.
