Money-Back Policy

Scope

This policy applies to tuition-style fees listed on Flux Blaze course pages in Vietnamese Dong (VND). Informational prices on the website are not checkout flows; refunds relate to executed enrollment agreements and invoices.

Eligibility window

Learners may request a full refund within fourteen (14) days of payment if cohort materials have not been accessed beyond the welcome module. Access beyond that point may trigger partial calculations in section four.

Full refund conditions

Full refunds apply when Flux Blaze cancels a cohort, fails to deliver advertised live sessions without a substitute schedule, or when a learner withdraws within the eligibility window without substantive content access.

Partial refunds and non-refundable items

After substantive access, partial refunds may consider consumed mentor hours and issued datasets. Third-party certification exam fees, travel, or hardware purchased separately are non-refundable through Flux Blaze.

Process steps

Email admissions@flux-blaze.digital with enrollment ID, payment reference, and reason. We respond within five business days with a decision or request for documentation.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are initiated within ten business days to the original payment method where possible; bank transfers may take additional clearing time per Vietnamese banking schedules.

Cancellations, exceptions, and consumer rights

Corporate contracts may define separate cancellation clauses; those clauses prevail where signed. Force majeure events may delay cohort starts without penalty to learners, who may choose transfer or refund. Vietnamese consumers retain statutory protections not waived by this policy.
