   Weekly live lab

   ICT evening start, breakout rooms, mentor rotation every 20 minutes.

4. Step 04

   Async diff review

   Git bundle or SQL file with inline comments—no vague “looks good” replies.

5. Step 05

   Mid-cohort retro

   Anonymous form + public adjustments to pacing or documentation depth.

6. Step 06

   Capstone defense

   Fifteen-minute walkthrough with rubric signed by mentor and learner.
