Flux Blaze, operating from Tan Dinh Hamlet, Tan Thong Hoi Ward, Cu Chi District, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, acts as the controller for personal data collected through flux-blaze.digital and associated enrollment workflows.

Categories of data collected

We may collect identity and contact data (name, email, phone), professional context (company, role), billing references where corporate invoicing applies, technical data (IP address, device type, pages viewed), and cookie identifiers as described in our Cookie Settings page.

Purposes of processing

Data is processed to respond to inquiries, administer courses, improve website reliability, comply with legal obligations, and—if you opt in—analyze aggregated usage patterns to refine content.

Legal bases

Processing rests on contractual necessity for enrollments, legitimate interests in securing our platforms and understanding aggregate usage, and consent where required for non-essential cookies or marketing messages.

Retention

Contact form submissions are retained up to twenty-four months unless a longer period is required for active enrollment records. Course progress artifacts follow cohort archival policies communicated at intake. Logs with security relevance may be kept briefly according to internal retention schedules.

Recipients and processors

We use infrastructure and email providers that may process data outside Vietnam. Contracts include confidentiality and security obligations. A current list of categories of processors is available on request.

International transfers

Where data crosses borders, we implement safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent measures when required, and we assess jurisdiction-specific requirements applicable to Vietnamese learners.

Security measures

We apply access controls, encrypted transport for web traffic, and least-privilege administration. No method is perfectly secure; report suspected incidents to privacy@flux-blaze.digital (alias monitored with admissions@flux-blaze.digital if the dedicated inbox is unavailable).

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion where applicable, restriction, or objection by emailing the contact above. You may lodge complaints with competent Vietnamese authorities if you believe processing violates applicable law.

Children and policy changes

Services target adults and working professionals. If you believe a minor submitted data without guardian consent, contact us for removal. We will update this Privacy Notice when practices change and revise the “Last updated” date.
